My standard rate. Present at your office, undivided attention, working directly with your team, no switching between engagements. Ideal for sprints, kick-offs and situations where speed and proximity make the difference. Travel and accommodation costs are not included.
Half the standard rate, thanks to a way of working built entirely around Claude. Work is broken into small, sharply scoped tasks ("tickets"): concrete, checkable off and easy to plan. The same quality as on-site work, in fewer hours — and I pass that gain on.

€120 per hour is my standard rate — that is what an hour of undivided attention costs. On-site you pay that rate, because I am doing exactly one thing: sitting at your table, working with your team.
Remote is different. Nearly all my development work now runs through Claude, and my entire way of working is built around it: breaking work into small, sharply scoped tasks, capturing context so the model never has to guess, and letting tests and review run alongside automatically. That setup works behind my own screen, not in a meeting room. It yields so much more per hour that €60 is viable without any drop in quality.
So you are not paying half price for half the work. You pay half because the way of working earns back the difference.
